A rock bluff on the Mawson Escarpment, Mac.Robertson Land between Arriens Glacier and England Glacier. Plotted from ANARE air photographs taken in 1956, 1960 and 1973. Named after W.J. Gibbs, (then) Director of Meteorology, Department of Science, Melbourne.
