Narrative

A peak about 38 km south of Cape Simpson in Mac.Robertson Land. Discovered on 18 February, 1931, by BANARE (1929-31) under Sir Douglas Mawson. Named after Instr. Cmdr. M.H. Moyes, RAN, cartographer with the expedition, 1929-30.
