Narrative

About twelve ridges and spurs, mainly ice-free, extending over a distance of about 24 km east-west. The individual ridges are relatively short, mostly 2-4 km long and project northwards from the higher ice-covered surface to the south. Mapped from air photographs taken by the US Navy. The descriptive name was given by USACAN.
