Narrative

Cape Eolovyj lies 3.5 km NNE of Oasis Station in the Bunger Hills. It forms the south-western cape of the long straight section of coast which forms the south-eastern shore of Rybii Khvost Gulf. The cape is formed of cliffs up to 25 m in height, where there is a shelf before rising steeply to 89 m. The cape was charted by the Soviet Antarctic Expedition in 1956.
