Narrative

A glacier on the Knox Coast of Wilkes Land between Snyder Rocks and Cape Nutt. Delineated from air photographs taken by USN Operation Highjump (1946-47) and named by USACAN after Lieut. J.A. Underwood, USN, who served on the Sloop Vincennes of the United States Exploring Expedition (1838-42) under Wilkes.
