Narrative

A low hill immediately to the south of Cape Denison on the eastern side of the entrance to Boat Harbour and about 460 m north from Mawson's main hut.

Named For

The feature was named by Douglas Mawson during the Australasian Antarctic Expedition, 1911-1914 and appears on official maps of the expedition.
