The point on the S coast of Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, projecting 650 m east-southeastwards into Bransfield Strait. Situated at the W end of South Beaches, Byers Peninsula, 4.57 km E of Devils Point, 1.22 km ESE of Sealer Hill and 4.21 km WSW of Dometa Point. Snow-free in summer. British mapping in 1968, Chilean in 1971, Argentine in 1980, Spanish in 1992, and Bulgarian in 2005 and 2009. Named after the town of Nikopol in Northern Bulgaria.
