The rocky hill rising to 45 m on the S coast of Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands. Situated 550 m ENE of Rish Point and 670 m SW of Clark Nunatak. Spanish mapping in 1992 and Bulgarian mapping in 2009. Named after the rock formation of Ritli in Western Bulgaria.
