Situated 2.8 km ENE of Rila Point, 5.9 km W of Renier Point, and 1.5 km S of Half Moon Island. Bulgarian topographic survey Tangra 2004/05 and mapping in 2009. Named after the town of Ihtiman in Western Bulgaria.
