"Yelcho" de la Armada de Chile, quien participó en el rescate de la tripulación del buque turístico "Linblad Explorer", que encalló en bahía Almirantazgo en 1972. Caleta que se abre en el extremo NE de la isla Seymour, isla que es separada de la isla Ross por el paso Almirantazgo, frente a la costa oriental de la península Luis Felipe. |

SE of Cape Wiman, Seymour Island. Called "Caleta Oviedo" by Argentina after an Argentine sailor who died in the Antarctic (Argentina. MD, 1978, letter O). The name "Larsen Cove", after Kapt. C.A. Larsen was later applied to the feature by USARP geologists (Zinsmeister, 1980, p. 25; Brecher and Tope, 1988, loose map). |
