A plateau on the eastern side of Sandford Cliffs. Plotted by the US Geological Survey from air photographs taken by the US Navy in 1960-62. Named after Rear Admiral E. Peletier, CEC, USN, Bureau of Yards and Docks, who assisted Rear Admiral Dufek in preparations for USN Operation Deepfreeze II.

An ice-covered plateau, about 20 mi long and 5 mi wide, forming the southern part of Queen Elizabeth Range. Named by US-ACAN for Rear Admiral Eugene Peletier, CEC, USN, Bureau of Yards and Docks, who was of assistance to Rear Admiral George Dufek in the preparation of USN OpDFrz II, 1956-57.
