SE end of Hanusse Bay, Loubet Coast, E of Bagnold Point, was photographed from the air by FIDASE in 1957; in association with the names of glaciologists grouped in this area, named after Petr Aleksandrovich Shumskiy (1915-88), Russian glaciologist and member of polar expeditions; Chief Glaciologist, SAE, 1955-57, at "Mirnyy Station", AAT; author of Osnovy strukturnogo ledovedniya ...
