Mountain, 2,050 m, standing 4 mi S of Stor Hanakken Mountain in the Napier Mountains, Enderby Land. Mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936-37, and named Langnuten (the long peak). Rephotographed by ANARE in 1956 and renamed by ANCA for J.E. Breckinridge, meteorologist at Wilkes Station in 1961.
