The ice-free point on the NE coast of Varna Peninsula, Livingston Island forming the SE side of the entrance to Dragon Cove. Situated 2.3 km SE of Williams Point, 800 m ESE of Sigritsa Point, 1.3 km E of Sayer Nunatak, and 2.9 km NW of Pomorie Point. British mapping in 1968. Named after the famous Bulgarian architect, builder and sculptor Nikola Fichev - 'Kolyu Ficheto' (1800-1881). |
