The easternmost island in the Zed group off the N coast of Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands. Extending 340 by 220 m. Situated 140 m NE of Lesidren Island, and 1.9 km N of Williams Point. Bulgarian mapping in 2009. Named after the settlement of Koshava in Northwestern Bulgaria.
