Discovered in January 1930 by BANZARE under Sir Douglas Mawson, who named them Gould Nunatak after Lieutenant-Commander R.T. Gould, RN, of the Hydrographic Department, Admiralty, who worked on the British Admiralty South Polar Chart. |
