The ice-covered, rock-tipped point on the SW side of the entrance to Buragara Cove on the W coast of Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago. Situated 2.08 km SW of Devene Point, 2.4 km NE of Humann Point and 6.9 km ENE of Gand Island. Formed as a result of the retreat of Rush Glacier at the turn of the 21 century. Named after the settlement of Zabel in Western Bulgaria.
