The mostly ice-covered peak rising to 1500 m in eastern Havre Mountains, northern Alexander Island. Situated 5.7 km E of Mount Pontida, 7.62 km SSE of Mount Newman and 21 km NE of Mount Holt. Steep and partly ice-free SW slopes. Surmounts Russian Gap to the NE and Foreman Glacier to the S. Vicinity visited on 8 January 1988 by the geological team of Christo Pimpirev and Borislav Kamenov (First Bulgarian Antarctic Expedition), and Philip Nell and Peter Marquis (British Antarctic Survey). British mapping in 1971. |
