Group of 3 adjoining, rocky islands, together about 0.25 mi in extent, lying 0.1 mi E of Petrel Island in the Geologie Archipelago. Charted in 1951 by the FrAE and named by them for Georges Buffon (1707-88), noted French naturalist.
