Small glacier flowing SE into the N side of Taylor Valley immediately W of Lake Fryxell, in Victoria Land. Charted and named by the BrAE, 1910-13, under Scott. Charles S. Wright, a Canadian physicist, was a member of the party that explored this area.

A small, isolated reef, which uncovers at low water, with depths of less than six metres extending 27 m southwards. It is about 2.5 km from the summit of Shirley Islands, Windmill Islands. Charted during a hydrographic survey of Newcomb Bay and Approaches by d'A.T. Gale, hydrographic surveyor with the ANARE expedition on the MVThala Dan in 1962, led by Philip Law. Named from Kilby Island.
