A fjord on the southern side of Law Promontory. The area was first visited by an ANARE party led by Peter W Crone in 1956. Mapped from air photographs taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition (1936-37) and called Botnfjorden (The Cirque Fjord).

Ice-filled inlet on the S side of Law Promontory opening into Stefansson Bay in Enderby Land. Mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936-37, and named Botnfjorden (the cirque fjord). Seen by an ANARE party in 1956. The translated form of the name recommended by ANCA has been approved.
