A very short and very steep tributary glacier, four miles long, flowing from the western slopes of Paramount Volcano to the Aviator Glacier. Named by the Northern Party of the NZGSAE, 1962-63, in recognition of services rendered by pilots of Squadron VX6 and to be in keeping with Pilot Glacier.

Named by the northern party of NZGSAE, 1962-63, in recognition of services rendered by pilots of U.S. Navy Squadron VX-6, and in association with nearby Pilot Glacier.
