A flat-topped mountain, 1920m high, overlooking the upper portion of the Mackay Glacier in Victoria Land. Discovered by the BAE, 1910-13, which named this feature for Tryggve Gran, ski expert with the expedition. He was a Norwegian naval officer who accompanied the Second Western Geological Party, led by Taylor, to the Granite Harbour area. |
