flowing SE into Casey Inlet, Wilkins Coast, was photographed from the air by FIDS on 14 August 1947 and by RARE on 22 December 1947; surveyed from the ground by FIDS from "Stonington Island" in November 1960 and named after Athene, daughter of Zeus and goddess of the city of Athens, in association with other names in this area taken from Greek mythology (APC, 1962, p. 4; DOS 610 sheet W 68 64, 1963).

A glacier, 10 mi long, flowing E and merging with the terminus of Casey Glacier where it discharges into Casey Inlet, on the E coast of the Antarctic Peninsula. Photographed from the air by FIDS in Aug. 1947, and by RARE (Trimetrogon air photography) in Dec. 1947. Surveyed by FIDS in Nov. 1960. Named by UK-APC after Athene, daughter of Zeus and goddess of the city of Athens in Greek mythology.

A glacier 17 km long flowing north-eastward to Mulock Glacier, just east of Henry Mesa. Mapped from air photographs taken by the US Navy. Named by USACAN after J.A. Heap, a member of the University of Michigan-Ross Ice Shelf Studies party, 1962-63, now with the Polar Regions Section of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, London.
