Glacier (Norwegian name vestre Høgskeidet) in the S part of Alexander-von-Humboldt-Gebirge, the ridges of Vindegga in the W and Skeidsnutane in the E, flowing in SW direction before confluencing with Somoveken, Wohlthatmassiv, Fimbulheimen, Neuschwabenland, Donning Maud Land. Discovered during German Antarctic Expedition 1938/39 ('Neuschwabenland-Expedition') under Alfred Ritscher.
