A group of low rock hills that protrude above the ice slopes at the E side of Shirase Glacier, close S of the SE extremity of Lutzow-Holm Bay. Mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936-37, and named Instekleppane (the innermost lumps).
