Channel glacier about 3 mi wide and 6 mi long, flowing NNE from the continental ice and terminating in a small tongue about 4 mi W of Helene Island. Delineated from air photos taken by USN Operation HighJump, 1946-47, and named by the US-ACAN for Andre-Frank Liotard, leader of the FrAE, 1949-51, whose group completed the initial survey of the coastal features as far westward as this glacier.

Galcier de 5 km de large se terminant par une langue glaciaire de 6 km, à l'ouest de l'île Hélène. Nom donné en l'honneur d'André-Frank Liotard, chef des expéditions françaises en 1949-51, qui releva la topographie de la côte vers l'ouest jusqu'à ce glacier. Toponyme non retenu sur une carte marine classique, mais pouvant présenter un intérêt scientifique ou patrimonial.
