Narrow, crescent-shaped moraine reef off the NW coast of Emona Anchorage, Livingston Island. Extending over 0.6km in NE-SW direction. Submerged at high tide but for an islet rising to 3m at its NE extremity. Midpoint located 2.85km NNW of Hespérides Point and 3.35km NE by E of Ereby Point. A cove wide 710m is indenting for 250m the coast behind, the ENE side of its entrance formed by Rongel Point. Bulgarian mapping in 1996. Named for the Brazilian ship Ary Rongel.
