Cdr Leonard Charles Hill, RNR (b. 1908), who served with DI as a ship's officer in William Scoresby, 1931, and in Discovery II, 1931-33, 1933-35, (in command) 1935-37 and 1937-39 (APC, 1958, p.5; BA chart 3560, 7.iv.1961); photographed from the air by FIDASE, 1956-57.
