E coast of Graham Land from Cape Fairweather to Cape Alexander, was roughly charted by Larsen in December 1893, when the name Kong Oscar II Land was applied to the part of the coast lying in c. 66°S, after Oscar II (1829-1907), King of Sweden, 1872-1907, and of Norway, 1872-1905 (Larsen, 1894a, map p.120).
