Rising to 210 m, 1 km N of Charrúa Ridge, Livingston Island, South Shetland Islands. Named after Krum A. Velchev (b.1954), a Bulgarian scientist who worked in the area. It is the most important landmark visible from the Bulgarian base, St Kliment Ohridski.
