rising to 1335 m at head of Blaiklock Glacier and forming SE-most feature of Otter Highlands, Shackleton Range, were surveyed by TAE in 1957 (DOS 610 sheet W 80 28/30, 1963); photographed from the air by USN in 1967, and further surveyed from the ground by BAS from Halley, 1968-71; named after Robert Beals Wyeth (b.1947), BAS geologist, "Stonington Island", 1971-73, who worked in the Shackleton Range in 1971 (APC, 1974, p.7; BAS 250P sheet SU 26-30/1, 1-DOS 1978).
