Glacier 5 miles east of Rudolph Glacier, flowing north into Trafalgar Glacier in the Victory Mountains. Named by the US ACAN for Sergeant 1st Class Billy D Stafford, USA nco in charge of enlisted detachment of helicopter group supporting Topo North-South, 1961-62 which surveyed the area.
