A high, snow-covered mesa, some 8 mi across and rising to 3,390 m, located S of Mount Odishaw in the Hughes Range, between the heads of Keltie Glacier and Brandau Glacier. Discovered and photographed by USN Squadron VX-6 on the flight of Jan. 12-13, 1956. Named by US-ACAN for B.C. Haynes, meteorologist of the U.S. Weather Bureau on USN Operation HighJump 1946-47.
