Features on this coast were photographed by several American expeditions: USAS, 1939-41; RARE, 1947-48; U.S. Navy photos, 1968. Mapped by FIDS, 1947-48. Named by UK-APC for Peter Kennett, General Assistant with the BAS Larsen Ice Shelf party, 1963-64.
