This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The peak rising to 1700 m in Maglenik Heights, north-central Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains. Situated 7.9 km NE of Mount Gozur, 11.43 km SE of Fucha Peak, 3.46 km SW of Mirovyane Peak and 17.87 km NW of Mount Besch. Overlooking Kopsis Glacier to the NW and Young Glacier to the SE. US mapping in 1988. Named after the settlement of Zimornitsa in Southern Bulgaria.
