A point on a low, dark, rock outcrop on the coast of Enderby Land, west of Freeth Bay. Plotted from air photographs taken from ANARE aircraft in 1956. First visited by an airborne survey party led by S.L. Kirkby in 1960.
Named after Edmund Ian Widdows, meteorologist at Mawson in 1959.
