A group of islands in the eastern part of Vincennes Bay, about 17 km WNW of Casey Station. The eastern island of the Group (Nelly Island) has several rookeries of giant petrels. Photographed by USN Operation Highjump (1946-47) and first visited by an ANARE party led by Phillip Law on 21 January, 1956.
Named by USACAN after Commander PW Frazier, USN of the US Antarctic Projects Office and a member of USN Operation Deepfreeze (1955-56).
