Narrative

A 250m wide pass bounded to the SE by Pliska Ridge and to the NW by Burdick Ridge, Livingston Island. Midpoint located 6.1km E of Sinemorets Hill. Elevation just over 560m. Part of an overland route from Balkan Snowfield via Willan Saddle and Orpheus Pass to Mount Friesland and upper Perunika Glacier areas. Orpheus is a name of world and national culture originally applied in 1995 to a nearby peak but subsequently transferred due to prioriry of the existing British name form Willan Nunatak.
