This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

The mostly ice-covered peak rising to 1450 m in eastern Havre Mountains, northern Alexander Island. Situated 11.2 km SE of Mount Pontida, 13.15 km SSE of Mount Newman, 22.5 km W of Mount Sanderson in Rouen Mountains, and 17.37 km NNW of the central height of Landers Peaks. In Sofia University Mountains. Surmounts Russian Gap to the NE and Foreman Glacier to the W. Visited on 8 January 1988 by the geological team of Christo Pimpirev and Borislav Kamenov (First Bulgarian Antarctic Expedition), and Philip Nell and Peter Marquis (British Antarctic Survey). British mapping in 1971.

Named after the settlements of Breze in Southern and Western Bulgaria.
