Narrative

A group of low, exposed rock ridges trending east-west between 2,140 and 2,260 m above sea level. Snow and ice extend nearly to the summits. First sighted by an ANARE party led by Robert Dovers in 1954. Named after A.D. Riddell, carpenter at Mawson in 1955. Altitude and location is for the eastern end of the nunataks at survey station NMS125.
