An island, 1 mi long, lying immediately E of the N part of Ongul Island at the E side of the entrance of Lutzow-Holm Bay. This island was originally mapped as a part of Ongul Island by Norwegian cartographers who worked from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936-37. A strait separating this island from Ongul Island was discovered in 1957 by the JARE. They named this small island for its position with relation to Ongul Island.

An island lying in the northeastern part of Lützow-Holmbukta. This island was originally mapped as the northeastern part of Ongul by Norwegian cartographers who worked from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936-37. A strait (see Naka-no-seto) separating Ongul into two islands was discovered in 1957 by JARE. They named Higasi-Ongul Tô (east Ongul island).
