A large glacier glowing into the Nimrod Glacier between Cobham Range and Geologists Range. This region was explored by a party from the N.Z. Geological Expedition (1964-65). Named after W.R. Lucy, surveyor with the expedition.

A narrow nunatak, about 4 km long, in the southern part of the Manning Nunataks, in the eastern part of the Amery Ice Shelf. The Manning Nunataks were photographed by USN Operation Highjump (1946-47) and ANARE (1957). They were visited by the Soviet Antarctic Expedition in 1965 and ANARE in 1969. Named after T.S. Luff, senior diesel mechanic at Mawson in 1970, a member of the ANARE glaciological traverse party on the Amery Ice Shelf in January, 1970.

An ice covered point marked by prominent rock outcrops, just north of Mirny station on the coast of Queen Mary Land. Charted by AAE (1911-140) under Mawson. Named by USACAN after Lieut. Cmdr. H.W. Mabus, USN, executive officer of USS Edisto, which took part in USN Operation Windmill (1947-48) along this coast.

The hill is the site of a Macaroni penguin colony estimated at 40 000 in March 1980. NOTE: With the volcanic eruption On McDonald Island in 2003 the immediate surrounds changed and the penguin colony disappeared. It is unknown (as at August 2008) whether the penguins have returned. The prominent hill about 40 m in height on the northern extremity of the main McDonald Island.

Two small islands about 3 km south of Auster Islands in the eastern part of the Robinson Group off the Mawson Coast of Mac.Robertson Land. A refuge caravan was established in 1971 on one of the islands, which was occupied as a survey station in February, 1972. Named after Lem E. Macey, Officer-in-Charge at Mawson in 1971.
