Île Butler (France. SHM chart 5879, 1956). Isla Butler (Argentina. MM chart 110, 1957; Chile. IHA, 1974, p.60; Argentina. AA, 1991, p. 9). Ostrov Batler [sic] (Soviet Union. MMF chart, 1961). The island was further photographed from the air by USN in 1966.
