A rock about 70m high with an archway through it, about 1 mile westward of Cape McNab, on Buckle Island in the Balleny Islands. Located adjacent to Scott Cone, the two features appeared to have been named after the Eliza Scott in which Balleny discovered the Balleny Islands in February 1839.
