This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The 2.3 km long, mostly ice-covered saddle of elevation 1650 m in northern Sentinel Range, Ellsworth Mountains connecting Mount Weems on the N to Gromshin Heights on the S. Situated 12 km NE of Skamni Saddle. US mapping in 1961. Named after the settlement of Kipra in Northeastern Bulgaria.
