This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The ice-covered peak of elevation 600 m at the SE extremity of Gutsal Ridge in Stribog Mountains on Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago. Situated 2.35 km SE of Zelenika Peak, 3.8 km NW of Terrada Point and 5.18 km ESE of Mount Imhotep. Steep and partly ice-free SW and S slopes. Surmounts Buls Bay to the SE and Hippocrates Glacier to the W. British mapping in 1980 and 2008. Named after the settlement of Yunak in Northeastern Bulgaria.
