This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The 7.5 km long and 4 km wide glacier on Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago, situated NE of lower Malpighi Glacier, SE of Laƫnnec Glacier and S of Mitev Glacier. Drains the E and S slopes of Taran Plateau and S slopes of Avroleva Heights, flows southeastwards between Basarbovo Ridge and Einthoven Hill, and enters Pampa Passage NE of Bov Point. British mapping in 1980 and 2008. Named after the settlement of Svetovrachene in Western Bulgaria.
