This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A rocky mountain ridge on the west of Zhongshan Station near Nella Fjord, whose highest point is 23 meters high. Because it is located to the west of the station,it was named "xi ling" on the topographic map.
