Narrative

A prominent nunatak, 1710 m above sea level, in the Darwin Glacier at about its mid-length. Discovered by the Darwin Glacier Party of the TSAE (1956-58). Named after P.D. Mulgrew, chief radio operator at Scott Base, who accompanied Sir Edmund Hillary to the South Pole.
